Core Description

Enable the management of the delivery of BCX’s service providers by proactive reporting of performance and operations. Responsible for operations implementation to improve partner delivery and customer experience.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Drive partner delivery in line with legal agreements
  • Maintain governance framework, structures, and processes
  • Manage and resolve conflicts
  • Monitor SLA compliance

Minimum Qualifications

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering or Commerce
OR NQF 4: Grade 12

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

Experience

Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience in IT environment

Or 

NQF4 with 7 Years relevant experience in IT environment

Certifications

Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
