Core Description
Responsible for leadership and strategic direction for the Enterprise Partners capabilities within the BCX Solutions Business unit. Enterpise partner offerings covering the likes of SAP, PaySpace, Infor, Microsoft dynamics and a like. This unit will focus on full end to end ERP and ERP Edge implantation and solutions. This includes spearheading strategies for the design, development and innovation of products and services sets to transform IT and realise the digital journey of our clients and realise the BCX business strategy. The role is heavily focussed on innovation and entrepreneurial thinking as a key driver for business growth, pivoting towards our XaaS strategy which includes the sales and products lifecycle management of existing products.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Develop the divisional strategy, accounting for current and future market forces and movements and in alignment with the BCX ITS loud PaaS & SaaS strategy, overall value chain and business strategy.
- Provide thought leadership and demonstrate buy-in to the XaaS ways of work and organisational practices. Engage and employ activities, frameworks and working practices that drive and support the implementation of the XaaS business model within the function or portfolio.
- Lead the creation of product sets and define the go-to-market strategy in support of Group strategic drivers
- Accountable for the overall financial performance of the Application Innovation division, driving within each of the Enterprise Partners divisions, Revenue Growth, positive EBITDA and Cost Optimisation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the specific Enterprise Partners division's operations. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that services comply with regulatory requirements.
- Implement processes and frameworks for operational efficiency. Partner and enable optimised service delivery, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement of solutions and/or products.
- Create client engagement and shifts pipeline focus to prioritise intent, reaching new markets, building existing client relationships and create demand for XaaS products or services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to shape the Enterprise Partners division's offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

7 years experience leading diverse teams within a large and highly complex organisation, of which 3 years is at Management level. Experience should include leadership with full P&L accountability as well as evidence of shaping and driving business / functional strategy and leading change across business units / functions, specifically within IT Solutions focus area.
Incumbent must have proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement
