Core Description
To support customer technical solutions by providing general technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Collaborate with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
- Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
- Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services.
- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services
- Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services
- Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor
- Identity and manage service-related risks.

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
3 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure
OR
5 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure
Certifications
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry

Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
