Core Description

To support customer technical solutions by providing general technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Collaborate with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
  • Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services.
  • Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services
  • Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services
  • Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor
  • Identity and manage service-related risks.

Minimum Qualifications

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

Experience

3 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure

OR

5 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure

Certifications

Azure Certification
ITIL Foundational V3/4
Citrix

Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry

Level of Engagement & Span of Control

Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
