Core Description
Provide legal admin support to the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts and maintaining an efficient database for all legal files.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts
- Assist with tender applications and all related administration.
- Provide administration support in litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and help develop company policies.
- Effectively maintain legal files.
- Provide legal support to various departments and teams within BCX.
- Stay updated on legal trends and manage legal services portals.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Law
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
Minimum relevant experience that is required:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working within a legal environment such as law firm or corporate legal departments.
