Core Description

Provide legal admin support to the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts and maintaining an efficient database for all legal files.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts
  • Assist with tender applications and all related administration.
  • Provide administration support in litigation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and help develop company policies.
  • Effectively maintain legal files.
  • Provide legal support to various departments and teams within BCX.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and manage legal services portals.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Minimum Qualifications

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Law

Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

Experience

Minimum relevant experience that is required:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working within a legal environment such as law firm or corporate legal departments.

Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
